Group Classes

Wild Canine's group classes offer the best student to instructor ratio in South Eastern
Wisconsin. All classes are limited to 5 dog/human teams to ensure individual attention for
every student. Limiting our enrollment allows you and your dog to learn in an quiet,
stress-free environment with an instructor who really knows you and your dog.

At all Wild Canine's classes, you'll be introduced to a fun and engaging tool called the
clicker. It's an audible click that tells your dog he's done the right thing. Since the clicker is
paired with a treat, it becomes a powerful and accurate tool for training any behavior.

Classes are held at
Central Bark: Mequon, and our new location, Community Bark Dog
Wash and Coffee Bar: Bayside.

Foundation: 7 weeks, 50 min. $245. For dogs 18 weeks to adult.
Foundation class lays the groundwork for an outstanding relationship with your dog. In this
class, you will learn the physical mechanics you need to be a competent, clear trainer.
U
sing those mechanics, you will teach your dogs the core behaviors they need to succeed
in the human world. These included sit, down stand, come, leave it, drop it, stay, mat,
targeting, and loose leash walking.

This class introduces you to dog body language so you can learn to assess your dog's
emotional state in order to make good training decisions.

Intermediate: 7 weeks, 50min, $245. For dogs who have completed Foundation Class.
Come to class to practice and perfect your skills among increasingly difficult distractions.
Learn how to keep your cool and train even with squirrels right under your nose. Work on
coming when called out of a play group, beginning hand signals, and stays amidst new
dogs, dropped food and flying tennis balls. Leave class with the ability to get the behavior
you want in ANY situation, no matter how exciting.
